Rocky’s Bru. The hearing of the inter-parte injunction taken by The New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Berhad, its chief executive officer Syed Faisal Syed A. R. Albar, deputy chairman Kalimullah Masheerul Hassan, Group Editor in Chief Hishamuddin Aun and former Group Editor Brenden John a/l John Pereira against blogger Ahiruddin Attan has been fixed on January 25, 2007, 9.00am, at the High Court of Malaya Kuala Lumpur, in the chamber of Justice Hishamudin Mohamed Yunus.
Screenshots. The hearing of the inter-parte injunction taken by The NSTP, Kalimullah, Hishamuddin and Brenden John against blogger Jeff Ooi has been fixed for January 30, 2007, 9.00am, at the High Court of Malaya Kuala Lumpur, in the chamber of Justice Abdul Malik Ishak.
The plaintiffs had obtained an ex-parte injunction again Ooi on January 11. Ooi has the option of setting aside the injunction or letting it lapse naturally, according to The Star.
An ex-parte injunction is only valid for 21 days from the date it is granted.

I took a Tangent on this and wonder if it is helpful at all without appearing to be a partisan dragging of the PM into a civil suit. I hope the posting itself doesn’t screw up any defence.
